The National Testing Agency (NTA) in collaboration with the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has released the notification for the CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2025. This examination is conducted to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor in Indian universities and research institutions. Candidates who have completed all eligibility conditions were invited to apply online for the NTA CSIR UGC NET December 2025. The online application process is now closed, and candidates are waiting for the Admit Card 2025, which will be released soon.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree with at least 55% marks
SC / ST / PwD Candidates: Minimum 50% marks
Candidates with Integrated Courses, B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharma, and MBBS degrees are also eligible for CSIR NET 2025
