| Candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies: All educational qualification certificates and mark sheets Caste / Reservation certificate (if applicable) Age relaxation supporting documents (if applicable) Photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, etc.) Two passport-size color photographs Printed copy of DV Letter and all 04 forms (duly filled) |

| Candidates must report on the scheduled date and time only All documents will be thoroughly verified No additional opportunity will be provided except as mentioned below ⏰ Special Final Opportunity If a candidate is unable to attend on the allotted date due to valid reasons, and submits a written request to the Commission office by 11:00 AM on 12 February 2026, they may be allowed to appear for document verification in the second shift (01:30 PM) on 12 February 2026, subject to approval. |
