For direct recruitment to the Livestock Extension Officer post, candidates must have attained 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 40 years of age on 1 July of the calendar year in which the vacancies are advertised. Part 2 – Computer and Information Technology

This section contains 15 questions for 15 marks. The syllabus includes computer and IT fundamentals, hardware and software, input and output devices, Internet Protocol/IP addresses, IT gadgets, email, printers, tablets and mobile devices, MS Word, MS Excel, operating systems, social networking, e-governance, digital financial tools, future skills, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Internet of Things.
