Bihar STET 2025 – Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years

- Extra age relaxation will be applicable as per Bihar government rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Paper I (Secondary Level)
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. OR
- Master’s Degree in the related subject with B.Ed. OR
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) with B.Ed. OR
- 4-Year Integrated Course BA B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed.
Paper II (Senior Secondary Level)
- Master’s Degree in the related subject with 50% marks and B.Ed./BA B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. OR
- Master’s Degree with 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and B.Ed. OR
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks along with a 3-year B.Ed-M.Ed integrated course.
