BPSC Professor Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification

For Physics
* Ph.D. degree in Physics
* First Class or equivalent grade at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
For Chemistry
* Ph.D. degree in Chemistry
* First Class or equivalent grade at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
All qualifications must be from recognized universities or institutions.

Experience Requirement

* Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience
* At least 3 years as Associate Professor
* OR 7 years as Assistant Professor (Pay Level 10)

Research Publication Criteria

Candidates must fulfill one of the following:
* Minimum 6 research publications at Associate Professor level and
at least 2 successful Ph.D. supervisions
OR
* Minimum 10 research publications at Associate Professor level

Age Limit

* Minimum Age: 32 years (as on 01 August 2026)

* Retirement Age: 65 years
