DSSSB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
| 1. Educational Qualifications For Assistant Teacher (Primary) – Directorate of Education: Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR Senior Secondary with 45% marks, and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE norms) OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks, and 4-year B.El.Ed OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education Additionally, passing the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is mandatory. For Assistant Teacher – NDMC, the norms slightly vary (but are broadly similar): 12th pass with 50% + 2-year diploma in primary education / ETE / JBT / B.El.Ed, etc. Must have passed Hindi in class 10 / secondary level (where applicable) 2.
