Age Limit

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following conditions before applying:

• Must be an Indian Citizen.
• Must possess the required educational qualification for the respective post.
• Should have appeared in UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025.
• Must have been issued a valid PET 2025 Score Card by UPSSSC.
• Candidates securing zero, negative, or less than zero normalized PET score will not be shortlisted for the Main Examination.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess the educational qualifications prescribed for the respective post as mentioned in the official notification. Candidates should ensure that they have acquired all required certificates on or before 17 August 2026.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Shortlisting based on PET 2025 Normalized Score
2. Main Written Examination
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination (if applicable)
5. Final Merit List

Only shortlisted candidates based on PET 2025 normalized scores will be allowed to appear in the Main Examination.

PET 2025 Requirement

Candidates must note the following:

• Only PET 2025 qualified candidates can submit the online application.
• Shortlisting will be prepared according to the normalized PET score.
• Candidates having zero or negative normalized marks in PET 2025 will not be considered for the Main Examination.
